  • The DISCLOSE Act is an important first step towards providing the transparency and accountability needed to fix our broken campaign finance system and elevate the voices of hard working Americans. This bill would:
  • Require organizations that spend money in elections, including super PACs and 501(c)(4) dark money groups, to disclose the identities of donors who have given them $10,000 or more during an election cycle.
  • Ensures that organizations that spend $10,000 or more on campaign expenditures must file a disclosure report with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
  • Crack down on shell companies by requiring companies spending money in elections to disclose their true owners, so election officials and the public know who is behind the spending.

This is Good for working people.
