David Prouty has demonstrated a commitment to protecting workers' rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and an understanding of the power of collective bargaining. Throughout his career, Prouty represented Service Employee International Union (SEIU) Local 32BJ, UNITE HERE, and the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA), among others, giving him a unique understanding of the issues facing workers today in diverse industries and regions of the country. Most recently, he has served as General Counsel for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 32BJ, where he works tirelessly to ensure the unions 175,000 workers receive the protections to which they are entitled under the NLRA.
