Nomination of Gwynne Wilcox to serve as a Member of the National Labor Relations Board. Wilcox is the first Black woman ever to serve as an NLRB Member. She has served on the Board since August 2021 and she has used her position to return the Board to its full functioning power as it works to guide the development of federal labor law and uphold workers’ rights to join together to improve their working conditions.
